Allison Gent

Allison Gent is the Senior Program Manager at Evermay, where she plays a key role in designing and delivering new and evolving programs. Her work spans program execution, external communications, and strategic planning, including managing partnerships, contracts, evaluation, and event logistics to support long-term sustainability and public engagement.

Previously at Evermay, Allison administered more than $4 million in philanthropic funding across 50+ grantees and led four signature award programs from concept through execution. Her earlier experience includes development leadership at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, project management at Cambium Assessment, international program work with Junior Achievement Tanzania, and national service with City Year.

Allison holds a Master of Public Service from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Virginia. She hopes for a future that prioritizes human connection and care, with systems and institutions designed to strengthen communities, collaboration, and meaningful lives.
