As Senior Property Manager for Evermay, Alex Halliburton oversees the comprehensive management, preservation, and daily operations of the foundation’s property portfolio, ensuring each building operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational goals. He is a certified property manager and an active member of the NARPM, with over three years of experience supporting the Evermay properties. He thrives on tackling complex daily challenges that require critical thinking and adaptability. Each situation provides an opportunity to learn, refine processes, and grow professionally. Through these experiences, he continues to expand his expertise while preparing for his long-term goal of owning and operating a property management company.
